hi, i’m nethra.
I am a trained psychotherapist (M.A.) and certified yoga practitioner (RYT-200H), offering virtual care from Bangalore, India. My training across New York and India has shaped a practice that bridges global perspectives and local wisdom. Fluent in English and well-versed in Tamil and Telugu, I bring a diverse and multicultural understanding to my work that honours individuality while fostering shared healing and growth.
Growing up in a large family, I was drawn early on to the richness of people’s inner worlds. My own life has been a mosaic of challenges and joys, each experience deepening my sensitivity to the ways in which mental health, physical well-being, community, and social systems are intertwined.
Healing, to me, is not an isolated process. The mind and body are threads woven together, just as individual healing is connected to collective well-being. My role is to walk beside you in this work, creating space for both personal transformation and deeper community healing.
